HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM BELL SETS.

Because most of our bells are custom made to order we want to hear from you and discuss your needs so we can make you exactly what you want. The best way to order is to contact by E-mail, we check it several times a day, or phone. We will then discuss your exact needs and give you a quote for your bells. We can then send you a E-mail confirming the order and you may pay in one of several ways.

PAYMENT: Since we are little guys we do not accept Credit Cards directly. It is way to expensive and a hassle to deal with the credit card companies. We can however send you a Paypal invoice and accept credit card Payments that way. We also are happy to accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, cash, gold, silver, and occasionally have been known to barter in kind. However, we have quit accepting small livestock and children in exchange for bells.

DELIVERY: Items available directly through the shopping cart buttons are usually shipped within 48 hours via Priority Mail. Custom made items that can not be purchsed right off of the web site,made to your specifications, will vary in shipping time depending on the complexity of the work.

SHIPPING: Normally we try to ship US Postal Priority Mail, though we may ship large orders via UPS depending on which is cheaper. We always include delivery confimation and will insure packages at your request. We are happy to ship to other countries but be forwarned that it has gotten frightfully expensive to ship out of the continental USA.

As of October 2011 I am sorry to say that that this year we are not shipping overseas due to increasing postal regulations, cost, hassle, and lost packages. Unfortunately once packages leave the USA they can not be tracked and in many cases insurance is not available so we wind up paying the cost for these lost packages.We have had many great overseas customers so we are very sorry to have to discontinue shipping to customers out of the country.

We will do what we can to get your order to you safely but once we deliver it to the post office it is out of our control and we are not liable for orders that are not insured.

Remember our bells are noisy and even padded and packed in a box they refuse to be silenced! If you are receiving these bells as a present for someone, especially around Christmas time, please make arangements to have them delivered to a safe address as the entire neighborhood will know you got sleigh bells in the mail!

Guarantee and Returns

Our Guarantee is very simple. We want you to be happy with your purchase and if you do not like any product made by us we will do what we can to make it right. If you do not like the bells that we send you we will replace them with something more to your liking or refund your purchase price under the following guidelines. CUSTOM WORK - Custom, one of a kind items that are built to your specifications are not refundable, unless we totally goofed the order up for some reason ei. made it the wrong size or used the wrong bells or something like that. STOCK ITEMS - can be returned as long as there is no wear or dirt on them and they are returned packaged the same way they are sent out and are returned undammaged. A 20% restock charge will apply to stock items. We do not under any circumstances refund any shipping charges unless we for some reason totally blew the order.

Privacy

We will never, under any circumstances divulge, sell, share, or distribute any information about our customers to anyone for any reason whatsoever. We do not keep customer mail boxes so we can not be "hacked" for the information. We also will not contact any of our customers with any "special" offers from any other source other than our own items that can be found on our web site. If someone tries to sell you widgets from Pakistan or China using our name, it is not us!
